Tucked into Flagstaff, Arizona, Hot Wok is a Chinese restaurant that's become part of the everyday rhythm around Northern Arizona University. Owned and run locally, not by a chain headquartered somewhere else entirely. Flagstaff wouldn't feel quite like Flagstaff without independently owned spots like this one. No corporate test kitchen behind this one - just people cooking food they want to serve. Worth adding to the rotation if you're building a list of Flagstaff favorites.
