What we collect

When you create a vendor account and post a promo we collect your name, login email, business name, address, phone, business email, and any links or images you submit. Business details you submit are shown publicly on your town's page.

How we use it

To publish your promos, send you account and promo notifications, review submissions for spam or abuse, and process payments when the free launch period ends.

Who we share it with

Only the services that run the site: our hosting and database provider, our email provider, and our payment processor. We do not sell your personal information.

Photo retention

Photos you upload with a promo are automatically deleted from our storage and database 30 days after that promo's run ends. If you want the same photo on a future promo, upload it again with your new promo.

Your choices

You can update your promo content while a booking is active, and you can ask us to delete your account and data at any time by emailing collegetownslive@gmail.com.

Cookies

We use a login cookie to keep vendors signed in. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
