Global Village Organic Coffee at 2428 Hillsborough Street, across from NC State, has served organic, shade-grown coffee since 2000 and was the Triangle's first coffeehouse to serve only organic coffee and tea. It also has espresso drinks, whole-leaf teas, pastries, breakfast sandwiches and paninis. Closed Sundays.
